After 35 years in financial services, 16 of which were as a senior mortgage executive,

Mark joined The Swancy Group as the Business Development Director.  It has been a

dream of Mark's to pursue owning and growing his own business. As their youngest

son graduated from Clemson and their oldest from law school, he was able to make

the leap to join Gini's thriving real estate business. His love of the Carolinas, helping

people and real estate makes him a natural fit for joining The Swancy Group. Doesn't

hurt that he also shares the name!

Mark attended Clemson University and has a degree in Business Administration. He

has lived all over the country, having been transferred with Bank of America. Mark

has called Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, Baltimore, Dallas, St. Louis and Charlotte home over the last 35 years. Each move has given him a new appreciation for what it means to live in a new place.

As a senior mortgage executive, Mark has learned how to help people secure their dreams through home ownership. His vast knowledge of mortgage products and programs will bring a deeper level of service to every client. His desire to provide the best experience possible for clients is what drives him.
